The GMB-negotiated Deliveroo and Uber Eats engaged-time rates previously described in this field as genuine tier-2 sources are not: neither could be verified at any primary source this round (Deliveroo's rider pages return HTTP 403), so they are on-file records rather than citations, and they are voluntary and single-platform even if accurate. To promote: a tier-1/2 published source for a London delivery hourly figure, e.g. an ONS labour-force breakdown for delivery drivers. None exists.
